Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Lake Oswego, OR. As a Physical Therapist, you will lead patient care initiatives and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services.

Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plansPerform detailed physical therapy assessments and document patient progressImplement evidence-based treatment protocols and rehabilitation programsSupervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staffMaintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemsCommunicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providersDevelop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needsProvide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocolsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomesQualificationsDoctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institutionCurrent Oregon State Physical Therapy licenseValid CPR certificationAPTA certification preferredProven clinical experience in physical therapyStrong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalitiesProficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanicsDemonstrated leadership and supervisory abilitiesOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with insurance documentation and billing proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamCommitment to continuing education and professional development
