Job Description
Overview PivotPoint Physical Therapy is a small, but fast-growing outpatient clinic in beautiful Roseburg, Oregon, and we are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a PT who wants to be part of a clinic where they can make a real impact, help shape the patient experience, and grow alongside a practice that values quality care, strong relationships, and community involvement. Position Summary The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop individualized plans of care, document thoroughly and efficiently, and communicate effectively with patients, providers, employers, and referral sources as needed. The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, dependable, and excited about working in a growing private practice. Duties Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care Document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner Educate patients on diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise programs, and plan of care Progress patients appropriately based on goals and functional presentation Communicate professionally with physicians, case managers, employers, and other healthcare providers as needed Maintain compliance with clinic policies, state practice standards, and payer requirements Contribute to a positive clinic culture and excellent patient experience Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent clinical reasoning and documentation skills Desire to grow within a small, fast-paced private practice Easily apply at www.pivotpoint-pt.com#apply
