1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment to support an EMR transition and serve as a preceptor for staff and travelers. Details Home Health setting supporting the transition to HCHB PointCare Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM First three weeks focus on HCHB PointCare training, split between in-person (Tuesday-Thursday) and virtual (Monday and Friday) sessions Final three weeks involve on-site go-live support, serving as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to staff and travelers Minimal bedside care expected during the assignment, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation Requirements Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required HCHB PointCare or mobile app experience preferred Oregon license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and teaching others Additional Information Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB implementation, precepting, and AI-supported tools Clinicians will act as preceptors during go-live, offering real-time support to current travelers and staff No time off will be accepted during this short-term contract
