Job Title:
ReceptionistJob Description As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients both over the phone and in person. You will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, transferring calls to the appropriate parties, and handling an average of 40 incoming calls daily. Additionally, you will make outbound calls to schedule follow-up appointments and manage scheduling using EPIC. Routine clerical duties such as scanning and filing are also part of the role. Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person and over the phone.

+ Handle an average of 40 incoming calls per day.
+ Make outbound calls to schedule follow-up appointments.
+ Schedule appointments using EPIC software.
+ Utilize Outlook and Word on a daily basis.
+ Assist with routine clerical duties, including scanning and filing. Essential Skills
+ Customer service experience.
+ Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
+ Ability to navigate and learn new computer systems easily. Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Receptionist or administrative experience is nice to have.
+ Medical experience is a plus. Work Environment You will be stationed at the front receptionist office of a kidney specialist office behind a glass partition. You will work alongside another receptionist and be part of a team that rotates between locations. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role offers potential for advancement into positions such as intake coordinator or billing, and is a great opportunity for those looking to transition from retail or food service. SALEM, OR.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
