$96,283-$149,448 annually

May be available for an ideal candidate Position Overview Join a hospital-affiliated outpatient rehabilitation team in beautiful Hood River, Oregon. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, pelvic-health and other rehabilitation needs. You will develop individualized treatment plans that help patients improve mobility, restore function and achieve greater independence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses, disabilities and functional limitations Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy interventions Treat patients according to their physical, functional and age-related needs Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote maximum patient independence and functional improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Oregon Physical Therapist license upon hire Licensure in any additional state where care is provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification upon hire Approximately one to two years of relevant Physical Therapy experience Specialized training or experience may be required based on departmental needs Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Medical, dental and vision coverage Medical-plan assistance for qualifying employees and dependents Up to 25 paid days off annually Retirement plan with employer match and discretionary contributions Tuition reimbursement and education assistance Select programs offering 100% tuition coverage Up to $5,250 annually for eligible undergraduate and graduate programs Covered or reimbursable books and fees for select programs Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions annually through the employee assistance program Free and convenient parking Professional development and career-growth opportunities Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a compassionate and collaborative Physical Therapist who is committed to patient-centered care.
