The Physical Therapist reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation and will enjoy significant autonomy in planning, delivering, and evaluating skilled physical therapy services. Responsibilities include completing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and educating patients and families about safe strategies for continued recovery. The Licensed Physical Therapist will collaborate with friendly nurses, physicians, rehabilitation colleagues, and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care. Candidates should hold a graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program, current Oregon Physical Therapist licensure, and BLS or CPR certification upon hire.
