Job Description

We are seeking motivated and compassionate people to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting patient rehabilitation through exercise and lifestyle modifications. You will work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team of MDs to develop personalized rehab plans tailored to their individual needs. Ability to travel between offices (additional offices in Hershey, Wyomissing, and South Philly) is a plus.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual - English and Spanish (highly desirable) Strong communication and patient-care skills A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for instruction, yet collaborates seamlessly with the team Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment where priorities can shift quickly A natural problem-solver who can think on their feet to resolve patient concerns and streamline communication with physicians Physical Therapist / Exercise Phys. / Athletic Trainer is a plus, but not required Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or performance training is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including orthopedics, neurology, pain management, occupational medicine, physiatry, and orthopedic spine surgery specialists Assist in post-operative recovery Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress notes
