Active Pennsylvania state PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Clinical experience treating geriatric patients and managing rehabilitation plans of care preferred. Ability to document electronically in EHR systems. Experience with common SNF documentation platforms preferred.
