About the
Role:
As a Physical Therapist with Maybrook Hills, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' physical therapy needs Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and physical therapy interventions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining independence and preventing future injuries Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
Current physical therapy PT license in good standing Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
