Description Physical Therapist (PT) - Early Intervention GRAND Home Health Services is seeking qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide Early Intervention services to children ages 0-5.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
Preschool/Early Intervention experience preferred
Requirements:
Required PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, and FBI clearances must be within 24 months of hire.
Act 24, Act 168, and required Mandated Reporter training.
Must meet all GRAND/Elwyn Early Intervention credentialing requirements prior to providing services
CPR/First Aid Responsibilities:
Provide individualized physical therapy based on children's IEP goals
Address gross-motor development, mobility, balance, coordination, strength, and functional movement
Complete required evaluations, session notes, and progress documentation.
Collaborate with families and the Early Intervention team.
Hours & Pay:
Starting Rate:
$65/hour
