Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Director to join our growing healthcare team in Bechtelsville, PA! As a Physical Therapist Director, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence-based treatment approaches, as well as:

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for high-quality patient care. Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, providing regular performance evaluations. Participate in ongoing education for professional growth. Analyze patient data to optimize staffing and program development. Lead marketing efforts, including physician visits and community engagement. Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Requires a relevant degree and experience in clinic management. QualificationsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institutionCurrent Physical Therapy license in PennsylvaniaValid CPR certificationStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skillsAdditional InformationBenefits Package includes:
