Company DescriptionMishock Physical Therapy & Associates is a privately owned, outpatient physical therapy practice throughout Montgomery, Berks and Chester Counties. It is our mission to provide the most effective and, state-of the-art physical therapy services to relieve pain, restore function, and return you to the highest quality of life possible. We have 5 locations located in Montgomery, Chester, and Berks County.

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude to join our team as a Lead Physical Therapist in our Bechtelsville location. This role would have a planned transition to the Clinic Director in this location. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and grow an existing clinic with a high level of patient care and friendly environment, where your performance will be rewarded. The Lead Therapist is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the facility, focusing on providing quality patient care. In addition, this person will be responsible for marketing of facility and staff development along with clinic care.

QualificationsCurrent and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.

Strong passion for orthopedic physical therapy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate patients.

Collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-based environment where ideas are shared, and innovation is encouraged.

Continuous learner mentality, with a commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.

Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.

Ability to market the clinic.
