Physical Therapist (PT) Join Our Team at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation As a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment, providing exceptional care to our patients and residents. We strive to provide quality skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to the communities we serve, and we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team. About the Role As a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for: Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, including those with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and neurological disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve function and mobility Providing education to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques for exercise, mobility, and daily living activities Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress Participating in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices in physical therapy Requirements We welcome applications from highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapists who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service.
