Job Description
Physical therapist wanted for ambulatory outpatient rehabilitation. Hours (3:00 pm-6:00 pm M,W or F) ( 1-2 afternoons a week). Patient care is neuromusculoskeletal based with an emphasis on spinal conditions. Treatment will range from passive to active care focused on functional restoration, increased flexibility, balance, strength, and restored ADL's. Oversee PTA. Work as a team with PTA and a rehab chiropractor who has 35 years of experience and an excellent reputation. Very convenient for a stay-at-home parent. Medicare, NPI and insurance provider numbers helpful.
