Key Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a PT or PTA Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged children Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially working with teachers, parents, and other support staff Ability to start as soon as possible and commit for the full school year Familiarity with school-based PT practice preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy services tailored for elementary school students, both individually and in groups Develop and implement effective treatment plans in accordance with students IEPs and school goals Monitor, assess, and document student progress Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student development and access to the learning environment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
