Job Overview:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services in an acute care setting. The Physical Therapist may work across multiple hospital locations based on scheduling and patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient safety and quality care.

Requirements:

Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license BLS (AHA) certification. Acute care physical therapy experience . HAL01
