Job Description
Physical Therapist Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM between our Eastgate and our St. Vincent College locations. No weekends

You will work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress Document patient care, treatment outcomes, and discharge planning Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education Rotate through treatment areas as needed Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development May serve as a clinical instructor for PT students and residents
