SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for evaluating the physical therapy needs of assigned patients, for formulating and implementing treatment programs, and for monitoring patient progress.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania, or hold an active Pennsylvania Temporary License, or be practicing under an active PT Compact privilege in accordance with state law. Employee is responsible for maintaining eligibility to practice, including timely completion of all requirements for full licensure, temporary licensure, or compact privilege status as applicable under Pennsylvania State Board and PT Compact Commission regulations. AHA BLS certification prior to orientation completion
