Flexible Schedule | 20-25 Hours/Week | $50-$60/hour The Rehab Centre is an established multi-location outpatient healthcare practice in Western Pennsylvania. We are expanding our rehabilitation services and are seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care and help develop and grow our Physical Therapy Department. You will not be expected to build a patient base from scratch. Our offices already have an established patient population, experienced staff, administrative support, rehabilitation facilities and equipment. We are looking for the right PT and are willing to design the schedule around that person. What We Offer $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience Approximately 20-25 hours per week Flexible scheduling Monday-Friday; no weekends Established patient population Administrative and billing support Existing rehabilitation facilities and equipment Clinical autonomy Opportunity to help shape and grow a new PT department Potential performance/production bonus New graduates welcome The Position The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations, establish individualized plans of care, provide and oversee physical therapy treatment, monitor patient progress, maintain appropriate clinical documentation and collaborate with our existing healthcare team. Our patient population includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, spinal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, sports injuries and general outpatient rehabilitation. We are particularly interested in a PT who enjoys outpatient care but would prefer a flexible environment with the opportunity to have a meaningful role in developing a new service line. Requirements Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and patient-care skills Outpatient experience preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply
