Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy required Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Experience with pediatric populations, ideally within educational/school-based settings Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and team members Comfortable developing treatment plans and progress reports tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions for students Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Help students enhance mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and independence in school routines Provide hands-on support while educating staff and caregivers to optimize success at school and home Maintain accurate documentation and compliance in accordance with school and district guidelines
