Job Description

Full-Time Physical Therapist Location:
Asbury Bethany Village | Mechanicsburg, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at Asbury Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania . If you enjoy working with older adults and want to be part of a therapy team where you can really get to know your residents, this could be a great fit. At Benchmark, we try to keep therapy personal. We want our clinicians to have the time, support, and trust they need to use their clinical judgment, build strong relationships, and focus on what matters most to each resident. What You'll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, endurance, safety, and confidence Support residents in staying as independent and active as possible Work closely with PTAs and the rest of the therapy team to provide consistent, thoughtful care Build strong relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Communicate progress, changes in condition, and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Be part of a positive, supportive team environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing Someone who genuinely enjoys working with older adults Strong communication and people skills A team-focused clinician who values thoughtful, individualized care Senior living, long-term care, or geriatric experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer As a Full-Time Physical Therapist , you'll have access to: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off with full annual rollover and no rollover cap 6 paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Access to CEU360 for continuing education Supplemental and ancillary benefit options, including voluntary life, accident, critical illness, and other available coverage Support from an experienced clinical and operational team A work environment where your ideas, questions, and clinical judgment are valued Benchmark has been serving senior living communities since 2005, and we've grown by staying focused on relationships, responsiveness, and quality care.
