Role:
As a Physical Therapist at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized physical therapy services to promote optimal mobility, function, and overall well-being. Our comprehensive rehabilitation program is designed to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals Implement and deliver physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License [
