PRN Physical Therapists Ware Presbyterian Village | Oxford, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Physical Therapists to join our team at Ware Presbyterian Village, a welcoming senior living community in Oxford, PA. If you enjoy working with older adults and want the flexibility to pick up hours while still being part of a supportive therapy team, this could be a great fit. Our approach is patient-first and therapist-driven, giving you the opportunity to use your clinical judgment, build meaningful relationships, and help residents maintain their strength, independence, confidence, and quality of life. What You'll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Collaborate with nursing staff and other members of the care team to support resident goals Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Contribute to a supportive, collaborative therapy department What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach PRN Flexibility PRN team members enjoy flexible scheduling with no weekly or monthly minimum . Hours are based on coverage needs and are not guaranteed. To remain active with Benchmark, PRN therapists are asked to provide coverage at least once every six months.
