Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including clinics, home health, and community care. You will be responsible for developing individualized care plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Requirements Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Experience in home health, pediatrics, geriatrics, or orthopedics is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physical therapy practices. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Ability to develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Familiarity with clinic operations and community health resources is a plus.
