Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation Location:
Quakertown, PA (Secondary local coverage: Dublin, PA | Bethlehem, PA)

About the Role Success Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Quakertown, PA. For over 30 years, we have specialized in post-acute neurorehabilitation for adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), strokes, spinal cord injuries, and complex neurological conditions. You will collaborate daily alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physiatrists, Cognitive Therapists, and Residential Care Teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive 1-on-1 evaluations and deliver skilled, evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Formulate neuro-focused treatment plans tailored to each client's long-term functional goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and family support systems during progress reviews. Complete clinical documentation and reassessments efficiently within our EHR system during your regular shift.
Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy / DPT required).
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license (or active eligibility).
Certifications:
CPR/First Aid certification required (CBIS certification is a plus, or obtained with company support).
Experience:
1+ years of outpatient neuro or TBI experience preferred, but passionate New Grads with strong clinical rotations in neuro rehabilitation or acute rehab are strongly encouraged to apply!
