Pay Range:

$38-$52 per hour Are you a compassionate Physical Therapist who enjoys helping people regain their strength, independence, and confidence? Sayre Health Care Center is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team! At Sayre Health Care Center, therapy is about more than exercises and treatment plans—it is about celebrating every step forward. You will work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities Create individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Provide hands-on physical therapy services Help residents improve mobility, independence, and quality of life Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility techniques Collaborate with nursing, therapy, medical, and care-planning teams Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For:

Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred, but not required Why Join Sayre Health Care Center?
