You will work with an active and diverse patient population while strengthening your skills in orthopedics, manual therapy, movement assessment, sports rehabilitation, spine care, and performance-based Physical Therapy . Treat an Active and Diverse Patient Population Your caseload will include orthopedic, active, and performance-focused patients with a variety of needs and goals. You may treat patients recovering from: Orthopedic injuries Post-surgical conditions Sports-related injuries Spine conditions Movement-related pain Strength and mobility limitations CrossFit and performance-related injuries Injuries affecting work, recreation, exercise, and daily activity You will also help active adults improve their strength, movement quality, confidence, longevity, and physical performance . What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations Assess movement patterns, mobility, strength, and function Identify impairments and factors contributing to pain or dysfunction Develop individualized and measurable plans of care Provide high-quality one-on-one outpatient Physical Therapy Deliver hands-on and exercise-based interventions Progress treatment based on clinical findings and patient response Educate patients about their condition, treatment, and recovery Coach patients through movement, strength, and functional progression Document patient progress accurately and efficiently Collaborate with other Physical Therapists on challenging cases Help patients return to the activities that matter most to them Support for New Graduate Physical Therapists Your first Physical Therapy position should help you become a confident, capable, and independent clinician.
