Job Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based physical therapy to patients with post-op, orthopedic, and neurologic conditions to promote functional independence, reduce pain, and improve quality of life Collaborate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team and support staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Raintree Requirements Completed Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible for Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)Benefits Compensation & Benefits:
