Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week); early days on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and late days on Tuesday and Thursday; flexibility for early morning start times, with required evening availability.

PT, You'll Achieve Success By:

Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications Physical Therapist Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care CPR and first aid certification required MUST have experience with the evaluation and treatment of common orthopedic diagnoses and post-operative rehabilitation , including total hip replacement (THR), total knee replacement (TKR), and rotator cuff repair , gained through clinical affiliations and/or licensed clinical experience .

Compensation:

$85K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
