RehabVisions is hiring a Physical Therapist for our home health team serving communities near Creston, Winterset and southwest of Des Moines, Iowa. • ask for details Unlimited continuing education opportunities CORE Mentorship program for new employees and new graduates 401(k) with company match What You'll Do As a Home Health Physical Therapist with RehabVisions, you'll evaluate and treat patients in their home environment while developing individualized plans of care designed to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:
