FYZICAL is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic focused on patient-centered, balanced caseloads, and clinical autonomy . What This Job Actually Looks Like Average Caseload of 12-13 patients a day

  • 100,000 salary (based on experience) Bonus potential available the first year 401(k) with 3% employer match Health insurance (50% employer contribution) Paid time off & paid holidays Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercise Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on continued care and home programs Document outcomes and communicate with the care team Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Florida PT license 2+ years outpatient experience preferred (strong new grads considered)
