Qualifications Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Role:
Provides physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and interventions for pediatric patients, ensuring care aligns with professional standards and organizational policies.Responsibilities:
Develops individualized treatment plans, executes evidence-based therapies, educates patients and caregivers, manages documentation, billing, and scheduling, and supervises support staff. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with physicians and vendors for evaluations, and participates in clinical instruction and departmental committees. The role may involve outpatient pediatric care, including working with schools, daycare centers, and residential facilities, and supporting seating and equipment assessments.Qualifications:
Holds a current physical therapy license and a degree from an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate). Pediatric pelvic floor specialists must maintain Level I Herman & Wallace certification or equivalent.Skills:
Strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards. Ability to work flexibly across departments based on patient needs.Additional:
