School-Based Physical Therapist HWB Therapy is seeking a passionate, energetic, and student-centered School-Based Physical Therapist to join our experienced team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are a private practice specializing exclusively in providing exceptional physical and occupational therapy services within school settings throughout northern New Hampshire and Vermont. Whether you are an experienced pediatric therapist or looking to transition into school-based practice, we provide mentorship, training, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Position Details Full-time or Part-time opportunities available Flexible work schedule One remote workday per week available for full-time therapists Competitive hourly compensation Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement Supportive team environment with experienced PTs, PTAs, and OTs What You'll Do As a School-Based Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to help students maximize their independence and participation throughout the school day.
