Qualifications & Skills:

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is desirable Skilled in both direct therapy and indirect consultation for K-12 students Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team participation Competence in conducting assessments and contributing to IEP development Able to balance tasks in a hybrid (VOCO/onsite) environment as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessments and direct physical therapy sessions with a 1:0.5 direct to indirect service ratio according to DPI expectations Support students with individualized interventions tailored to their IEP goals Deliver consultative services for teachers, families, and other team members Participate actively in multidisciplinary team discussions and IEP meetings Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
