This role is designed for a PT who wants to treat the full spectrum of pelvic health — women's health, men's health, pregnancy/postpartum — in a practice that gives you the time, tools, and mentorship to actually do it well.

Base salary:

Monthly meeting with Highbar Pelvic Health team and guests to discuss topics of interest and collaborate based off of clinician needs/interests .

Professional Development:

Comprehensive Support:

Our support team, including skilled Exercise Specialists, is here to assist you and your pelvic health patients with any clinical or operational needs, ensuring a smooth and effective care experience.

What You'll Need:

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one Experienced with or interested in pelvic health training (we'll support your development if you're new to the field!) $80,000-$90,000 + uncapped performance bonus.
