Qualifications and Experience Desired:
Active Physical Therapist license Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Strong background in healthcare and physical therapy practices Excellent communication skills, both with students and educational staff Ability to adapt interventions to meet a diverse range of student needs Reliable, flexible, and skilled in independent and team-based environmentsKey Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver physical therapy interventions for students in a school setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and support staff Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams Support educational goals by improving students' motor skills, mobility, and overall well-being Provide guidance, education, and support to families and educatorsWhat You'll Enjoy:
