Job Description

Outpatient Physical Therapist | Lymphedema (CLT) | Charleston SC Area | PSLF + $3K Sign-On We're partnering with a nonprofit hospital system in the Charleston, SC area to hire a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist with a specialty focus in Lymphedema therapy. This is a permanent, hospital-based outpatient role, ideal for a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) or experienced PT with strong lymphedema clinical background.

Hospital-based outpatient clinic in coastal South Carolina, minutes from the beach PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) — 100% nonprofit hospital system 1:1 patient care with 45-minute treatment blocks, no dovetailed schedules Maximum 8 patients per day — real time to practice MLD, compression, and patient education the right way Specialty caseload : lymphedema therapy, oncology rehab, complex post-surgical cases, post-mastectomy, post-prostatectomy, and venous insufficiency Multi-disciplinary team of experienced therapists to collaborate with Flexible scheduling : 4x10s, 5x8s, or a customized 40-hour week
Compensation & Benefits:
$3,000 sign-on bonus PSLF eligible through nonprofit hospital employer $500 annual CEU allowance Paid MedBridge subscription Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance Retirement plan with employer contribution
Ideal Candidate:
DPT or MPT from an accredited program (not open to new grads for this role) Prior outpatient PT experience required Lymphedema certification (CLT) or strong clinical experience treating lymphedema patients Comfortable with MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), compression therapy, and patient education Servant leader mindset, passion for patient-centered care, team-oriented
