Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN $40-$50/hour Easley, SC About Us Powdersville Post Acute is a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Easley, SC, just minutes from downtown Greenville. $40-$50/hr Flexible PRN scheduling Reliable hours available PRN opportunities within the largest network in South Carolina Potential full-time opportunities available Employee appreciation events throughout the year Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to help residents achieve their highest level of mobility, function, and independence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established goals Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and outcomes Participate in care conferences, rehabilitation meetings, and discharge planning Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs Conduct in-service training and education for facility staff as needed Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students in accordance with state regulations Ensure compliance with state practice acts, facility policies, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Experience with Casamba and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Licenses & Certifications Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license in good standing Must maintain all required continuing education requirements Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Physical Therapy What Makes You a Great Fit Compassion for an underserved population Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence Strong documentation and organizational skills Apply Today Join a therapy team dedicated to helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.
