Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Skilled nursing facility experience or clinical rotation in a skilled nursing facility Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility Patient population includes SNF, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care Coverage needed for 5 days Census is 120 beds Priority focus on short-term rehabilitation patients as needs fluctuate and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details.
