Physical Therapist | Outpatient (Hospital-Based) Full-Time | Outpatient Therapy | Nonprofit Health System A leading nonprofit health system is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their hospital-based adult outpatient clinic . This is a salaried role offering 1:1 care, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative therapy environment.

Position Overview Setting:

Adult outpatient (hospital-based)

Caseload:

60% orthopedic, 20% neurologic, 20% general med Treatment model: 1:1 care, 45-minute sessions , no productivity minimums

Schedule:

Flexible hours with options for 4x10s or 5x8s

Evaluations:

Supported by a collaborative team and paced onboarding process

Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Bonus:

$15,000 (paid over 2 years)

Student Loan Repayment:

$7,500/year (renewable up to 7 years)
