Johns Island Post Acute is a gorgeous 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in Johns Island SC , just 10 minutes away from historic downtown Charleston. We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist to join our passionate team. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist who genuinely wants to make a difference for others, then we would love to meet you!

We offer:
