1 Description American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of orthopathic outpatient experience for a 13-week assignment. Details Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting Daily caseload of approximately 12 patients Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM No weekend or on-call requirements No floating required Uses Epic for charting Requirements Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required Current SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist license required at start of contract (license required if applicable) BLS certification required (AHA certifications only) Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program required Experience with assessment, AROM/AAROM/PROM, and strength testing required Orthopedic specialty experience preferred Valid driver's license required for consideration Additional Information Business casual attire required; no scrub color specified First-time travelers are not accepted for this position Candidates must live outside a 60-mile radius of the facility for priority consideration; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis at a reduced rate Previous perm or PRN staff must be separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application for consideration Employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response duties during hurricane season (June through November, with peak activity in August and September)
