Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for coordinating and delivering physical therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing strategies to promote patient health and recovery.Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients through various methods and develop tailored treatment programs. Use therapeutic activities to achieve treatment goals and adjust plans based on ongoing assessments. Provide direct therapy services in different settings, coordinating with medical teams and families. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate effectively with patients and team members. Build rapport and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care. Participate in ongoing education to enhance professional growth.Qualifications & Skills:
Active license as a Physical Therapist in the practice state. Preferred 1-3 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. Effective communication, visual acuity, and ability to work in a team environment. Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational values.Additional Information:
