Job Description

Physical Therapist providing individualized care to patients with physical disabilities or injuries in a supportive outpatient setting. Contributes to mobility restoration, pain management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Works within a community‑focused healthcare team in Huron, South Dakota.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members Educate patients and families about home exercise programs and rehabilitation goals Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Ensure compliance with state and federal physical therapy regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current South Dakota Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS certification
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
