Job Description

Full‑time Physical Therapist providing individualized treatment plans in a supportive environment to improve patient mobility and function. Works within a multidisciplinary team in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings. Earn competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities or injuries Assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care Educate patients and families about home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation goals Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Ensure compliance with all state and federal physical therapy regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current South Dakota Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain) Current BLS certification required
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
