Full Job Description Overview:
Former applicants will not be considered for employment We are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials in a safe and timely manner.
Duties:
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to various locations
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries
  • Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigerated trailers as needed
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe transportation of goods
Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a related role is preferred ( At least 6 month Box Truck experience required)
  • This is a OTR position Monday through Friday All drivers are 1099 Must pass background check Pay $200 plus per day, depending on experience and safety record,
  • Must have experience with Air Brakes
  • Proficient in using pallet jacks and forklifts for loading and unloading
  • Strong communication skills to interact with warehouse personnel and customers effectively
  • Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy loads
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing delivery schedules
