Compensation and Benefits Compensation:

A Sustainable PT Caseload You will typically treat approximately 8 to 9 patients per day , allowing you to focus on the quality of care instead of simply increasing patient volume. Continuity From Evaluation Through Discharge You will remain involved throughout the patient's plan of care, helping you build stronger relationships and make better clinical decisions based on how that patient is progressing. Weekly PT Mentorship Clinical development is part of the job. You will have access to weekly mentorship and professional development with experienced Physical Therapists, including OCS-Certified and Residency-Trained clinicians. Clinical Autonomy You will be trusted to use your education, experience, and clinical reasoning to build individualized treatment plans based on what each patient actually needs.
