Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) We are seeking a licensed and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist at Countryside, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve the functional abilities of our patients. Your expertise will help patients overcome physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses, and restore their ability to live independently. Physical Therapist (PT)
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited program Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee Strong communication and interpersonal skills
