Monday-Friday Physical Therapist Opportunity Phaxis is seeking 2-3 Full-Time Physical Therapists to join growing outpatient orthopedic clinics in Hermitage and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee , conveniently located near Nashville. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Physical Therapists as well as new graduates looking to build their careers in a supportive and collaborative orthopedic environment. The practice offers a manageable patient volume, 45-minute treatment sessions, Friday half-days, productivity incentives, continuing education support, and a team-focused culture that prioritizes both professional growth and work-life balance.

Half-Day Schedule Full-Time Therapists will primarily remain at one clinic location with minimal travel between sites Compensation & Incentives Salary up to $90,000+ annually, depending on experience $5,000 Sign-On Bonus available for New Graduates Quarterly Productivity Bonus of up to $1,250 $1,500 Annual Continuing Education Reimbursement Embroidery stipend for branded work attire Clinical Setting Physical Therapists can expect a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with an emphasis on providing individualized, high-quality treatment. Approximately 11 patients per day 45-minute treatment sessions Approximately 3 evaluations per day Caseload consists of approximately 55% post-operative and 45% non-operative orthopedic patients General orthopedic patient population Primarily assigned to one clinic location Qualifications Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program General orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care Ability to adapt within a growing outpatient practice Dry needling, OCS, and other specialty certifications are a plus but are not required New Graduate Physical Therapists are strongly encouraged to apply Work Environment The organization offers a relaxed, therapist-focused environment centered on teamwork, mentorship, flexibility, and long-term professional development.
