We have been partnered with Summit Medical Group since 2011 and represent the clinical staff (PTs/PTAs) for their 9 outpatient PT clinics located in the East Tennessee Region. Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises and modalities, to improve mobility and function. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong foundation in patient care and anatomy knowledge Proficient in medical terminology and physiology Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans Skilled in outpatient services and orthopedic/musculoskeletal rehabilitation
